37^th European Conference on Visual Perception expects to welcome over 800 vision scientists from Europe, North America, Asia and other parts of the world. Exhibition area will be located next to the lecture halls and poster area. Coffee breaks and lunches will be served in the exhibition area.

1. EXHIBITION SPACE
Equipped Space               150 EUR/m²
Minimum of exhibition space to be rented: 6 m²
(carpeting, electricity, standard lightning, hygiene, fascia with company name, stand walls, 1 info desk, 2 chairs)

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION IN CONFERENCE BAG    250 EUR
Product information of your company can be inserted in the congress bag by mutual agreement with the organizing committee.
Material has to be delivered before 4 August 2014.

3. NOTEPAD AND PENS    150 EUR
Your company may supply notepads and pens to be inserted in the conference bags. Every participant receives the conference bag with content upon registration.
The material has to be delivered before 4 August 2014.

Note: All prices are quoted without tax of 20%.
Deadline for application: 24 July 2014.
Upon receipt of your application form, we will send you Exhibition floor plan, as well as the pre invoice for payment.
